First of all, it is necessary to find out the reason for the rainy weather. On rainy days, the moisture in the aggregate and the exposed part of the belt are easy to be wet. The belt is wet, especially the inner ring is wet, which reduces the friction coefficient between the belt and the drive roller, so that the roller is transmitted to The torsion torch of the belt is reduced, and the torque is less than the torque required for the conveyance of the belt material, and the belt slips.
The solution is as follows:
1. Increase the weight of the belt tensioning device or tighten the belt adjusting screw to increase the positive pressure between the belt and the roller to achieve the friction between the driving roller and the belt.
2. Adjust the tension roller near the drive roller to increase the wrap angle of the belt on the drive roller and increase the friction.
3. Cut the straight groove on the rubber coating layer of the drive roller to increase the friction coefficient.
4. If the first three methods cannot be solved, the anti-skid roller needs to be replaced.
