1. Maintenance of concrete mixer:

1 cleaning. After one cycle of operation of the mixer, the residue of the mixture should be removed, and the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing knife should be cleaned. When manual cleaning is carried out, it is forbidden to remove the residue of the mixture with a hammer, because the violent impact will break the mixing knife.

2 lubrication. The gearbox is put into operation for 50 hours for the first time. It needs to be replaced with lubricating oil. After that, the gearbox oil should be replaced every 1000 hours or at least half a year. The oil pump needs to check daily whether the grease actually reaches the shaft head.

3 gap adjustment. When the detection gap is greater than 8mm, the gap should be adjusted to 3mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the consumables.

Concrete mixers are the main components of concrete mixing plants, so the maintenance of concrete mixers must be taken seriously!

2. Maintenance of the belt conveyor:

Check the belt operation every day, and find that the deviation should be adjusted in time to avoid skin damage;

Check the use effect of the belt cleaner, adjust or replace the cleaner in time; check whether the roller and the roller are sticky. If there is adhesive, clean it off in time; if there is any damage on the surface of the belt, if there is any indication of damage, repair it in time to avoid damage. spread.

3. Maintenance of concrete batching machine:

1 Clean up debris. Every day, when the equipment is inspected, it is found that the debris on the screen is cleaned up in time.

2 The gap between the feed gates. During the inspection of the patrol, it should be adjusted in time after the gap is ground. After adjusting to the limit position, if adjustment is needed, the gap can be adjusted by the welding repair method.

4. Maintenance of the screw conveyor:

Check for foreign objects or water entering the conveyor; check the direction of rotation (counterclockwise from the entrance). If not, reverse the polarity of the motor.

5. Maintenance of cement silo:

Once the roof pressure safety valve has ash, the safety valve and the surrounding powder should be cleaned in time to prevent the powder from agglomerating with rain and invalidating the safety valve. A comprehensive cleaning inspection of the safety valve is carried out every six months.
